**Transfer License for Digital Design**

This transfer license grants the purchaser (hereinafter referred to as "Licensee") the right to use the digital design files (hereinafter referred to as "the Design") for the purpose of creating and selling physical transfers, including but not limited to, iron-on transfers, sublimation transfers, and direct-to-film transfers. This license is also required if the Licensee intends to use the Design for more than 100 orders in their shop on completed items.

**License Terms:**

1. **Watermark Requirement:** The Licensee agrees not to post, display, or sell any unwatermarked versions of the Design, including on mock-ups, previews, or promotional materials.

2. **Restrictions on Resale:** The Licensee agrees not to resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Design in its original digital format. The Design is licensed for use in creating physical transfers only.

3. **Usage Limit:** There is not a usage limit for transfers, if making finished products (tees, cups, etc) a license needs to be purchased once going over 500 orders using my design.

4. **Non-exclusive License:** This license is non-exclusive, meaning that the Licensor may grant similar licenses to other parties for the same Design.

5. **Term and Termination:** This license is effective from the date of purchase and shall remain in effect unless terminated by either party. The Licensee's rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if they fail to comply with any term of this agreement. No design is to be used to make other finished designs or to be used in other digital designs.

By purchasing and downloading the Design files, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions of this license.

If I am selling DTF transfers, do I need a license? Yes
If I am selling sublimation transfers, do I need a license? Yes
If I am selling completed tees only, do I need a license? No, unless you reach the threshold of 500.
Do I need a license if I buy the file and upload on a gang sheet for myself to use for completed tees? No, you do not need license for that, however, please make sure the design is not shared in an online database that allows others to use the artwork for free.
